Frappe Support Portal
To use the support portal, you must first sign up for an account. To do so, go to the signup page
Note: If you have an account on Frappe Cloud, make sure to use the same email to raise tickets for any of your frappe cloud sites.
Raise a Ticket
Once you have successfully registered on the support portal, you can raise a ticket now.
Go to the My Tickets page and click on the New Ticket button.
Select the App in which there is an issue. You will be able to raise tickets only for the apps you have purchased support for.
Select the Site. If you cannot see your site, you need to register your site (see below)
Enter the issue in detail. We also encourage you to attach screenshots of the issue so that we could understand it better.
Click on Create.
In order to raise tickets for your site, you will first have to register it for us to validate if you are an active user on the site.
To do so:
Enter your site name, email id, and password. Your email id and password will be the same as the one you have set for the site. You should be an Active, System User and your site should be under a valid Frappe Subscription.
Once you complete the registration process, you can select the site and raise a ticket against it.
